Costa Rican Vanilla in Amaretto

Vain continues its pursuit of innovative vanilla extracts, with our newest variety, Costa Rican Vanilla extracted in Amaretto. After a long search, we chose a long and fragrant vanilla bean grown in tropical Costa Rica. These beans have notes of mocha, caramel, raisins, and dried fruit. This plump bean pairs perfectly with Amaretto, a sweetened liqueur made from almonds. As long-time bakers, we love recipes that contain almond flavor and are excited to add this unique vanilla extract to our lineup. As always, the vanilla bean is included in every 3.75-ounce bottle.
